Need to Know

  • Except balloons, all other items such as stands, neon lights, and tables are provided on a rental basis and will be collected the next day.
  • Our balloon expert will visit your home/venue at your selected time slot and complete the decoration as shown in the images.
  • Please note, our decorator can wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the location. If entry is delayed beyond this due to any reason (including security checks, customer unavailability, or location restrictions), the decorator may leave.
  • A stool needs to be provided by the customer to help reach ceiling height.
  • Hotel room decoration is possible only if prior permission has been obtained from the hotel.
  • In case of any complaint, it must be reported within 2 hours of the decoration completion time.
  • Rescheduling or cancellation is not possible once the decoration has been attempted.
  • Balloon Longevity: Air-filled latex balloons generally last 8–12 hours indoors. Their lifespan may reduce due to heat, direct sunlight, AC airflow, or outdoor weather conditions such as wind and rain. For outdoor setups, balloons are best suited for events lasting a few hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund will be provided.
  • 24 to 72 hours before the event: A cancellation fee of ₹1000 or 50% of the booking amount, whichever is lower.
  • 3 days or more before the event: No cancellation charges apply.
  • In the case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (acts of nature), only rescheduling requests will be entertained.
  • For experiences booked on Valentine’s Day (13th & 14th February), Christmas (25th December), New Year’s Eve (31st December), and other special event days, cancellations are not possible due to special package nature.
  • Customized requests such as printed items or on-demand elements will be chargeable if the booking is cancelled.

Rescheduling

  • Less than 24 hours before the experience: Rescheduling is subject to approval in certain cases.
  • Rescheduling is not possible for experiences booked on Valentine’s Day (13th & 14th February), Christmas (25th December), New Year’s Eve (31st December), and other special event days.
