How far in advance should I book your decoration?
We recommend booking our services at least 2 to 3 days in advance. However, we also offer same-day delivery, subject to availability. Feel free to contact us for inquiries.

Can I customize the decoration according to my preference?
Yes, we provide customizations based on your preferences. You can change balloon colors, add name and age foils, and more. Simply reach out to us to discuss your specific requirements.

What do you mean by time slots?
Time slots are set times when you can book our services. If you choose the time slot of 2-4pm, then our decorators will be coming to your location by 2pm and the decoration will be getting ready by 4pm.

Do you offer same-day decoration service?
Yes, we offer same-day decoration service. Please contact us to check slot availability.

Do you only provide materials, or do you also decorate?
We provide materials and also handle the decoration. Our team will come at your given location with all the materials and complete the decoration on-time.

How much time do you take to setup the decoration?
The time needed depends on factors like the decor's complexity and the venue size. Simple setups take 1–2 hours, while larger installations may need several hours. We ensure timely and efficient setup for every event.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

What areas do you provide services in?
We are based in Gurgaon and provide balloon decoration services across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR. Reach out to us to confirm service availability at your location.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments, UPI, bank transfers, and cash payments.

• Except balloons, all other items such as stands, neon lights, and tables are provided on a rental basis and will be collected the next day.
• Our balloon expert will visit your home at your selected time slot and complete the decoration as shown in the images.
• Please note, our decorator can wait for a maximum of 30 minutes at the location. If entry is delayed beyond this due to any reason (including security checks, customer unavailability, or location restrictions), the decorator may leave.
• A stool needs to be provided by the customer to help reach the ceiling height.
• Hotel room decoration is possible only if you have obtained prior permission from the hotel.
• In case of any complaint, it must be reported within 2 hours of the decoration completion time.
• Rescheduling or cancellation is not possible once the decoration has been attempted.
• Balloon Longevity: Air-filled latex balloons typically last for 8–12 hours. We use paper tape that does not damage walls if removed within 24 hours. (We do not use helium balloons.)
• Weather-sensitive: Sunlight, wind, and rain can cause balloons to deflate or burst. Best for short events: Outdoor setups are ideal for events lasting a few hours.

• Less than 24 hours before the Event: No refund will be provided.
• 24 to 72 hours before the Event: A cancellation fee of Rs 1000 or 50%, whichever is lower.
• 3 Days or more before the Event: No cancellation charges apply.
• In the case of adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances (acts of nature), we only entertain rescheduling requests.
• For experiences booked on Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Christmas (25th December), New Year's Eve (31st December), and other special event days, cancellations are not possible due to their special package nature.
• Customized requests like printing or on-demand items will be chargeable if the booking is cancelled.

Rescheduling:

• Less than 24 hours before the experience: Rescheduling is subject to approval in certain cases.
• Rescheduling is not possible for experiences booked on Valentine's Day (13th and 14th February), Christmas (25th December), New Year's Eve (31st December), and other special event days.
